Abstract : Abstract—Sample-time mismatches between the channels of Time-Interleaved Analog-to-Digital Converters (TI-ADC) generate unwanted distortions in the output spectrum. This paper presents a digital background calibration of timing skew error for a two channel TI-ADC.
