Moser, Currently he is a Senior Scientist with the Signal and Information Processing Laboratory, ETH Zurich, and an Adjunct Professor with the Institute of Communications Engineering, S'01-M'05-SM'10) received the diploma (M.Sc.) in electrical engineering, with distinction, in 1999, the M.Sc. degree in industrial management (M.B.A.) in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree (Dr. sc. techn.) in the field of information theory in, 1999.

. Dr, Moser was a recipient of the 2012 Wu Ta-You Memorial Award from the National Science Council of Taiwan, the 2009 Best Paper Award for Young Scholars from the IEEE Communications Society Taipei and Tainan Chapters and the IEEE Information Theory Society Taipei Chapter

, He is now a researcher (chargé de recherche) with CNRS, France, and is affiliated with ETIS laboratory in Cergy-Pontoise. His research interests include classical and quantum information theory, physical-layer security, and digital, particular optical communications. Since 2019 he has been serving as an Associate Editor for Shannon Theory for the IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, 2006.

, she was first a post-doctoral fellow at the University of California, Michèle Wigger (S'05-M'09-SM'14) received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering, with distinction, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering both from ETH Zurich in 2003 and 2008, respectively, 2009.

. Dr, Wigger has held visiting professor appointments at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and ETH Zurich. Dr. Wigger has previously served as an Associate Editor of the IEEE Communication Letters and as an Associate Editor for Shannon Theory for the IEEE Transactions on Information Theory. During 2016-2019 she also served on the Board of Governors of the IEEE Information Theory Society. Dr. Wigger's research interests are in multiterminal information theory
