Observation of a Random Fiber Laser Induced by Rayleigh Backscattering
Résumé
We present several observations of a random fiber lasing effect induced by Rayleigh
backscattering only. A reflective semiconductor optical amplifier re-amplifies the non-coherent
light fed back by 25km of SMF acting as a scattered mirror.
